A little clarity.

What we collect

Names, email addresses, business names, links, interests, messages and consent choices submitted through our forms. Voting uses an anonymous browser cookie to remember your selection.

How we use it

To review applications, respond to inquiries, manage interest lists and review community features. Optional updates require your separate opt-in. We do not sell your contact details.

What becomes public

Only approved community submissions with feature permission may publish their creator credit, submitted caption and original link or embed. Email addresses and other inquiry records remain private. Embedded social posts may load content and cookies from their original platform when you choose to load them.

Your choices

For access, correction, deletion, removal of a feature, or to stop updates, email thevisionarieshouse@gmail.com. We retain inquiry details while needed for the request or selected updates and remove them upon request.

Your saved preferences

Moodboard favorites use a browser cookie to associate your selections with the community count. Your preview basket is saved locally in your browser; it contains selected product concepts, not payment details. Basket interests are sent to the House only when you submit the inquiry form.

Approved social posts link to or embed the original source. Instagram embeds load only when you choose to load a post. Imported posts from a connected House account are held for host review before appearing publicly.

Reviews, nominations and favorites

Attendee reviews are saved for host review. Your submitted name or creator credit and review are published only when you choose publication permission and the House approves the submission. Your email remains private. Vendor nominations remain private requests to the House; submitting a business does not add it to the public directory.

Gallery favorites use the same browser identifier as moodboard voting. Favorites are stored per gallery and can be removed. Archived moodboards no longer accept votes; earlier voting records are retained separately from active concepts.
