We link to the original creator and identify their role. A tag, mention, or repost is a starting point for finding the work; it does not change who created it.

We review submissions before adding them to the site.

The finished work can look different through every attendee’s lens. The bulletin is a place to follow those perspectives back to the people who made them: an original Reel, a photographer’s gallery, a vendor’s detail story, or a published feature.

When you submit work, include the event, your role, a public caption, and the original link. Contributor names and approved captions can appear here; contact emails remain private. We review each feature so project roles and credits stay attached to the work.
