THE SISTERS BEHIND THE HOUSE

Two sisters.
A shared vision.
Room for yours.

The Visionaries House is owned and hosted by Jessica Combs and Hannah Anderson-Wyand—a creative home that keeps growing with the people who gather here.

SISTERS FIRST / CREATIVES IN OUR OWN RIGHT

A shared beginning.
Different perspectives.

The House brings two sisters’ creative lives into the same room. Jessica’s path runs through photography, filmmaking, destination weddings, and the businesses she has built around them. Hannah brings her own photography practice and a background in marketing.

For Hannah, that connection to photography started at home, with her mother’s cameras and an early curiosity about light and color. Jessica has been photographing since 2006. Today, their separate practices meet in a shared idea: make the kind of gathering where the work is thoughtfully produced and the people feel part of it.

The Visionaries House has evolved through different partnerships and creative experiences. Its current chapter is owned and hosted by Jessica and Hannah, with planners, educators, vendors, and attendees credited for the individual projects they help create.

Jessica / the wider creative picture

Through The Combs Creative and For Lovers Elopements, Jessica works across wedding photography, films, and creative direction. That range gives the House room to explore both the finished image and everything around it: the feeling of a place, how a concept translates into a session, and how the work is shared afterward.

OUR STORY / STILL BECOMING

Built through experience.
Always evolving.

The House has never been a finished idea. It has grown through creative partnerships, real event experience, new directions, and the ongoing work of understanding what makes a gathering feel worthwhile.

Along the way, our priorities became clear: thoughtful preparation, shared responsibility, generous collaboration, and time for each person to create. Those values shape how we plan, who we partner with, and the experience we want you to have.

Today, sisters Jessica and Hannah are building that next chapter together. The vision is bigger than a beautiful set: it is a place to explore your voice, make meaningful connections, and return to your own work with fresh perspective.

A COMMUNITY TODAY. A PLACE OF OUR OWN, SOMEDAY.

One day,
the House will
have an address.

For Jessica and Hannah, the name holds a bigger dream: to own an actual house together. A place to bring the creative community they’re building under one roof.

The long-term vision combines a retreat property, photography studio, education space, short-stay accommodation, intimate wedding venue, and creative residency.

Today, the House travels through content days, retreats, pop-ups, and partnerships. Every gathering is part of that longer story—people finding one another, making work together, and helping shape what comes next.

A future vision. We don’t operate a permanent House venue yet.

Be part of the next chapter ↗

A House built
around people.

The House has evolved through creative partnerships, shared productions, and an ongoing question: what makes a gathering worth showing up for? For Jessica and Hannah, the answer includes thoughtful planning, generous collaboration, and enough room for each person’s own perspective.

That shapes the experience at a practical level. Shooting rotations stay small, with no more than four people in a group. Independent time matters. So do the less visible details: useful preparation, clear contributor roles, accessible host support, and links that keep the community connected afterward.

We welcome photographers, filmmakers, vendors, and creative entrepreneurs at different stages. Each event will identify its intended level and focus, so a beginner, a returning attendee, and an established professional can decide whether it is the right fit.
